This includes full cleaning and adjustments plus:

Removal and cleaning of cassette or freewheel.
Installation of new brake pads.
Installation of new bar tape or grips (depends on bike or velo).
Installation of 2 new tires and/or tubes. Bikes with three wheels will pay for third tire.
Home pick up and delivery of bike or velo within 25 mile radius of Bicycle Evolution.
